| In recent years, due to the improper handling of the relationship between the protection and development of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains, ecological environmental damage has emerged one after another. The root cause is the failure of spatial management control.Ecological health assessment is the key to identifying spatial problems and realizing effective spatial management control. The urgent problem to be solved is how to carry out ecological health assessment oriented to spatial management control from the landscape scale,so that the health assessment has both spatial attributes and ecological core. This research takes Chang’an section of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains as the research object and constructs a landscape-scale health assessment system, which is based on the landscape ecology theories, the PSR model and the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the landscape pattern evolution, using basic methods such as Markov transition matrix model, landscape pattern index method, index system method, and analytic hierarchy process.Based on the system, the research conducts empirical analysis on Chang’an section and proposes the strategies of spatial management control,in order to achieve the coordination of ecological protection and development in the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains. The main content of this research consists of 4 parts.Firstly, the research proposes a basic theoretical research and analytical framework. It summarizes the domestic and foreign research progress of landscape health assessment, clarifies the connotation of landscape health, elaborates relaive theories, and proposes the analytical framework and technical route of this article.Secondly, the research analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of the landscape pattern evolution in Chang’an section of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains.Based on the standard method and moving window method of the Fragstats software,it analyzes the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the landscape pattern in Chang’an section from 1990 to 2020 at the overall landscape level and patch type level.Besides,it analyzes the correlation between the evolutionary factors and identifies key indices for landscape health assessment.Thirdly, the research constructs a landscape health assessment system for the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains.Based on the analysis results of the landscape pattern evolution and the PSR model, combined with the regional characteristics of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains, the research uses the index system method to construct a landscape health assessment index system suitable for the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains. The system includs 17 specific indices at 8 project levels, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine weight to each index.Fourthly, the research conducts an empirical study on landscape health assessment in Chang’an section.Taking Chang’an section of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains as an example, the research assesses its landscape health status in 2000,2010,and 2020,and conducts quantitative and positioning analysis of landscape health changes. And finally,it diagnoses the existing ecological problems on the macro, meso, and micro scales respectively and proposes corresponding spatial management control strategies. The conclusions of this research include 4 parts.Firstly,it proposes a relationship between the analysis of landscape pattern evolution and landscape health assessment.Secondly,it constructes a landscape health assessment system of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains based on the PSR model.Thirdly,it assesses the change of landscape health of Chang’an section of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains.Fourthly,it dentifies ecological problems in Chang’an section of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains and proposes spatial management control strategies. |
