Based on the remote sensing image data, this paper analysis the current condition and dynamic change of land and water areas on Panjin wetland, carried out a study on marine wetland landscape ecological health which used time factor, spatial scale, and suitability and sustainability landscape index. On the premise of diagnosing the damage of marine ecological system function and the degree of degradation caused by natural factors and human activities, we built an evaluation system by extracting the indicators of ecosystem composition, characteristics and status, comprehensive evaluation the state of landscape ecosystem in this wetland. In consequence, this paper can provide early warning concerning ecological system structure and functional condition of wetland landscape, master the pressure which wetland ecological system faces and the reaction of wetland ecological system, so as to give objective basis to decision makers and managers, so as to better protect and manage the ocean.As we all know, marine wetlands are "the earth’s kidneys", and Panjin Shuangtaizi estuarine and coastal wetland is National Nature Reserve, it is also the National Marine seed resources reserve and the important water source area, as well as the habitat for lots of rare and endangered birds and other creatures. The health condition of the Wetland landscape marks ecosystem circulation of the region, it presents the basis for the sustainable development of marine economy. Along with the local population expansion, exhaustion of resources and deterioration of environment, and the high-speed development of marine economy, a large of area in Panjin original ecological are developed by farmland, oil and marine reclamation, which cause reed and the alkaline base suffer severe shrink,the ecological environment quality decline, and it has faced habitat degradation trends. Therefore, according to the present situation of wetland landscape and habitat, the studies of health assessment are as follows.1)Based on the theory of modern ecology and landscape ecology estuary, extracted landscape information of the remote sensing image data with ArcGIS technology, completed classification for the Panjin Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland landscape.2) By ecology spatial pattern analysis of space and time scale, combined with landscape data of field investigation, chose landscape ecological mathematical index, established an evaluation index system of Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland landscape.3) Evaluated ecological landscape of wetland by using analytic hierarchy process, established a comprehensive health evaluation method including pressure, state and response index in Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland landscape.In conclusion, based on classification and extraction from Panjin wetland landscape ecological image data, Combined with the status of habitat data, evaluated the estuarine wetland health status level comprehensively, the health evaluation level calculated had reached IV (Worse). The study can provide theoretical basis for eco-management, countermeasures and suggestions of Marine environment protection which aims at improving the wetland in Panjin wetland.
