Research On Green Supplier Evaluation And Selection Based On Fuzzy Entropy-TOPSIS Method

With the proposition of "five in one" and "four comprehensive" strategic development goals,there are new development strategic requirements on the current economic development path in China: from pursuing high-speed economy to pursuing green economy,from pursuing rapid development to pursuing high-quality development.This is of great significance to help our traditional furniture industry with high pollution and consumption to carry out green transformation.On the one hand,our government has promulgated stricter furniture management regulations,which have higher standards for waste emissions of furniture enterprises and more stricter monitoring for formaldehyde and other heavy metals in furniture products than before.On the other hand,with the rising of furniture raw materials,increasing labor costs.It makes the competition of furniture industry increasingly cruel.Therefore,for furniture enterprises in China,the implementation of green supply chain management is a powerful weapon to help furniture enterprises achieve high quality and green change successfully.Selection the best furniture green supplier can help company implement green supply chain management more successful than before,and it is also the key to help furniture enterprises achieve green transformation and enhance their competitiveness successfully.Therefore,the research on the evaluation and selection of green furniture suppliers can help furniture enterprises to maximize their economic and environmental performance,which is of great significance and value.Based on the analysis of the current situation of China’s furniture industry and the bottlenecks encountered in the industry,this paper elaborates the necessity and urgency of green transformation in the furniture industry.On the basis of referring to other relevant literature on furniture green suppliers,this paper studies the evaluation and selection of green suppliers in China’s furniture industry.According to the current situation and characteristics of furniture manufacturing industry in China,the demand for green change in furniture industry and the change of consumer’s demand for furniture products,we select the suitable indicators for evaluating green furniture suppliers in China,and finally establish five first-level evaluation indicators including quality,cost,delivery rate,greenness and flexibility level and the corresponding 19 secondary evaluation indicators are used to evaluate the furniture green supplier evaluation index system.At the same time,using the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and the traditional supplier evaluation method want to be combined as a solution to the furniture industry green supplier evaluation and selection method.Among them: using Fuzzy-entropy method to determine the weight of the evaluation index of furniture green suppliers;using Fuzzy-TOPSIS method to rank furniture green suppliers and ultimately select the best green suppliers.In real life,it effectively helps furniture enterprises choose the best furniture green supplier in more successful and effective way than before.
