The first subject of this thesis is theoretical research,starting from the concept of strategic management,and then analyzing the tools of PEST,Porter's five forces model and SWOT strategic management in detail.Then,it mainly analyzes Porter's strategic theory of competition,and makes a comparative study of three basic strategies: differentiation strategy,centralization strategy and total cost strategy.In the following part,when making strategic analysis and planning practice for Kexin Consulting.The choice of a competitive strategy laid the foundation.The second subject is the external and internal environment analysis of Section Info consulting firm.In the aspect of external environment analysis,first of all,it briefly introduces the practice situation of Section Info consulting company,then analyzes the characteristics of project cost consulting industry and the key success factors of the industry in detail,and from the aspects of policies and regulations,technical environment,economic environment and social culture In four aspects,the paper analyzes the market of engineering cost consulting industry and analyzes the competition parties of engineering cost consulting industry from five aspects: industry competitors,visa entrants,bargaining power of sellers and buyers,and threat of alternatives.On this basis,combined with the practical needs of Section Trust consulting firm,this study helps to identify two major types of competitors and gives examples of strategic analysis of each competitor.In the aspect of internal environment analysis,combined with the development status of KST,the research analyzes KST's internal resources in detail from five aspects of manpower,technology,finance,reputation and corporate culture,and then finds out its core competition Where the power.Finally,the third largest content for the development of Section letter consulting firm's strategic planning.First,the company made a detailed SWOT analysis of the letter,given the corresponding circumstances of the competitive strategy options.Then combined with the status quo and needs of Section Letter Company,it helped to designate the strategic positioning,and put forward detailed strategic goals and formulated relevant strategic implementation measures.This thesis provides the strategic planning suggestion for the future development of Kexin Consulting Company.At the same time,the research process and the research results of this thesis can also provide reference for the strategic planning of other related engineering cost consulting firms.
