Strategic Study Of The Hunan Project Cost Consulting Industry

The consultation trade of the construction cost is the trade which is entrusted to supply the whole process or some phase of the construction with the professional technical service. The trade has two properties which are technical property and service property. With the developing of twenty years in China, there are huge achievements in this trade that are not only on the number of cost engineer and corporation but also on the certified quality and managed level. But in Hunan, there are many problems such as the ability of staff is not good, the market is not criterion, and the method of sale is not advanced. How to improve the competitiveness of the trade and the corporation is necessary to deeply study and then enact the strategy.Through collecting the huge datum, the knowledge and method about strategy management, marketing research and manpower management were studied. Firstly, in order to analyze the inner structure and condition, the conditions of the polity, economy, culture and technology were studied in China, foreign country, and Hunan. Secondly, in order to prepare the ground for enacting the strategy, SWOT which was Matrix analysis was used for synthetically analyzing the chance, threatened, advantage and disadvantage. Thirdly, according the results of SWOT, the strategy was enacted concretely. At last, the developing advices of the trade and farther problems were put forward.The condition and strategy of the consultation trade of the construction cost in Hunan were mainly studied, and the key problems in the strategy such as talent strategy, marketing strategy, union strategy and brand strategy were detailed studied. The detailed strategies were enacted. The results of study are helpful that there is itself method in Hunan to develop the consultation trade of the construction cost. At the same time, the results are the reference base for the government, the cost union and the cost corporations in Hunan.
