In recent years,the relaxation of the state's economic policy has made private capital companies grow at a geometric rate in the financial market.Due to the current financial downturn in the environment,many small and medium-sized private capital companies have emerged greater operational risks.The relative commonness of these private enterprises is that the size of the company is relatively small,the strength of capital and human resources is relatively weak,so in the whole financial environment is not ideal,there is a very low ability to resist risks,resulting in many enterprises in the development process have more or less problems.Therefore,this paper chooses Changchun Litian Investment Management Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Litian Investment Co.,Ltd.)as a sample,hoping to solve the human resources problems of these private capital companies through the analysis and research of the staff training work of the sample companies,so as to improve the human resources of the current small and medium-sized private capital companies.Situation.Since its establishment in 2013,Changchun Litian Investment Company has not set up a complete training system or a qualified training program in staff training.Because Litian Investment Company is a private enterprise,the company's high-level decision makers are the owner of the company,so they pay more attention to the potential benefits of the enterprise,the performance of staff training is not very important.Therefore,under the circumstance of bad environment,the development of the company is in a difficult stage.Therefore,I hope to formulate a complete staff training program design for Litian Investment Company,from a long-term perspective to consider the ability of employees to be constantly upgraded,in order to fit the corporate culture and corporate strategic objectives of a high degree of unity,so that Litian Investment Company in its own business form more competitive,so that enterprises can uphold.Sustainable development.Based on the theory of human resource management,this paper analyzes the existing staff training work of the company.This paper elaborates on the company's operation,daily work and staff training,and finds out the reasons for the existing problems of staff training in Litian Investment Company by means of questionnaires,interviews and observations,and analyzes these reasons,then re-analyzes the training needs and establishes the training program.Training goals.According to the different positions at different levels and the different functions of different departments,this paper designs the training program from the perspectives of teachers,training content,various types of employees,in order to achieve the integrity of the training program.At the end of the paper,the key points of the implementation of the training program are given.At the same time,the effect of the overall training program is evaluated by using the Coriolis four-tier evaluation method,so as to achieve the training effect,and at the same time,flexibly adjust according to the actual training situation,so that employees can get better experience in the training work.In small and medium-sized private enterprises,employees' professional accomplishment,professional competence,recognition of corporate culture and the degree of consistency with the company's strategic objectives determine the development process of private enterprises in their industries.Therefore,only by strengthening the training work to improve the quality and ability of employees,can enterprises go higher and farther in the fierce competition environment.
