| Effective human resources strategy is a key to achieve corporate strategic objective,it is no exception for State-owned geological prospecting enterprise.SH was formerly a bureau of geological prospecting,was established in 2010.It is a State-owned geological prospecting enterprise.Facing the new situation,it becomes a significant issue for SH how to structure human resource strategy according to the enterprise strategy.At this point,the paper investigates SH human resource strategy.First,the author analyses internal and outside environment of the company human resource,using the human resources management research methods,such as rating scale method,interview method and graph description method.Using expert consultation method,the paper predicts the company's human resource supply and need,summarizes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company's human resources.Next,the author analyses of enterprise core competence,makes clear P-O-D-A,evaluates the company's human resources strategic elements by SWOT analysis.To combine with the enterprise overall strategy,the author formulates the company's human resources strategy plan the next five years.The third step,the author states the specific implementing plans and safeguards of the SH human resource strategy from eight aspects,using the relevant performance management methods,such as 360 feedback evaluation method and key performance indicator.Finally,the effect of human resource strategy implementation was predicted,the author analyses the implementation risk,puts forward a risk aversion measures.This paper tracks SH human resource,provides a set of some reference value human resource strategy plan for SH the next five years,basically achieves the goal of study.The conclusions of this study have certain enlightenment for State-owned geological prospecting enterprises' human resources reform development. |
