Under the background of economic globalization, the human resources as thecore resources of enterprise, its management planning need to follow the outline ofenterprise development strategy and direction. S Company is committed to thesustainable development of China, with the culture of customer first, the company setthe goal to achieve billions of dollars in2015. The company wishes to create a“second home market” in China, and become the preferred supplier of businessmanagement software. Papers with S Company as a case to discuss human resourcemanagement strategy based on company development strategy, which is a subjectwith practical significance.The first chapter is mainly on the background of the thesis and relevant theorybriefly. Human resource strategy and human resource planning are reviewed.The second chapter is analysis on the S Company’s strategy in terms of macro,industry and internal environment as long as Company’s strategy for2013.The third chapter is based on the S Company’s strategy to design the humanresources management strategy. There is the promotion of company personnel quality,the introduction of local culture, emphasizing the control execution process, and thesuggestions for the optimization of structure.The fourth chapter is according to the specific implementation and measures ofhuman resource planning. One is the importance of scarcity of human resourcesmanagement, the other one is the application of organization diagnosis process.With the implementation of the above human resources strategy, the companyover achieved the targets in terms of business revenue and employee satisfaction.Empirical research methods is the mainly method. Human resourcesmanagement related theory was applied to the specific company practice and resolvedthe human resources issues in a fast growth company. On the one hand, puts forwardthe organization human resources planning and design, on the other hand, is to enrichtheory research case.
