Entering the 21 st century,the social competition is increasingly fierce,people are under the pressure of work and life,which causes mental health problems more and more common.With the construction of G company system in depth and development,the company's employees have more or less produced psychological pressure,not only affected the work,but also affected the development of enterprises.G Company after a full investigation,established the EAP research project,hope that through the relevant measures can promote the healthy growth of employees and the company,common progress,in order to achieve enterprise across.In the above background,based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in psychological pressure,combined with the typical characteristics of G company and the representation of middle managers ' psychological pressure status,the paper uses the SCL-90 of clinical symptom self-assessment scale to revise the unrealistic factors,constructs the psychological pressure evaluation Index system,and compiles G Company staff mental Health questionnaire,through the questionnaire survey to organize 172 middle managers of the psychological stress assessment,the recovery of 144 effective questionnaires for descriptive statistical analysis and reliability and validity test,based on the results of the evaluation of the final formation of middle managers overall and case analysis results,According to the analysis results,the corresponding mitigation suggestions are provided for decision makers.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The psychological pressure of middle managers in G company is high,the mental health index is low,and the mental health problem is outstanding.Coercion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and other psychological stress symptoms are very obvious,the proportion of large,scores exceeded the number of people,hostility,anxiety and other psychological stress symptoms followed,the proportion of the larger value,scores exceeded the number of people,and diet sleep,paranoia,somatization,horror and other psychological stress symptoms can not be ignored.(2)G Company middle managers mental health positive detection rate and psychological problem detection rate are higher,mental health level overall low,lower than the overall level of the national normal population.Total score positive exceeding the number of people and the national norm exceeds the proportion of the total number of large,the evaluation of the value of more than the national norm of the range is also relatively high,G company Middle managers mental health problems are not optimistic,need to arouse the attention of decision-makers.
