With the rapid development of social economy,our country has entered the age of information and network,all aspects of life are full of competition,including organization and individual.Therefore,it is inevitable to produce the working pressure and the results of all kinds of pressure.Working stress will not only damage the health of employees,but also affect the performance of employees and enterprises.The intimely management of enterprise and individual pressure may lead to the huge economic loss of enterprise.The employee assistance plan is a professional work method that uses professional knowledge and skills to prevent,intervene and eliminate the problems that employees and enterprises face.It aims at helping employees to solve the psychological,economic and health problems.In order to understand the working stress source of staff in A County Agricultural Credit Cooperative,the data show that the overall stress of staff is more than that of the others.The main stressors of the staff of the Agricultural Credit Cooperative are oversized workload,technical renewal and organizational change,competitive pressure,lack of incentive and so on.The main coping styles adopted by employees are "separation" and "isolation",and these negative coping styles are more likely to increase the psychological burden of employees.Therefore,based on the data analysis of the questionnaire and interview of the staff of A County Agricultural Credit Cooperative and the theoretical support of the staff assistance plan,this paper puts forward the following schemes:The A County Rural Credit Cooperative can test and evaluate the professional mental health of all the employees,especially the new employees,and set up the mental health files of the employees of A County Agricultural Credit Cooperative.The training program of stress management should include how to deal with work and family relationship,stress management,emotion management,time management and so on.Establish employee career planning management system inside the enterprise,make career development planning channel that accords with organizational and employee's demand,perfect employee career development channel design further;Collect employee's opinions regularly,mainly involve work environment,employee relationship,reward,performance management and so on,perfect company welfare measure;Open professional psychological consultation service.The company can outsource the psychological consultation service to the external organization,and establish the three-level consultation structure system.The first level is 24-hour telephone hotline consultation,which ensures that employees can seek help from professional counselors at any time.The second level is to do group tutoring for the employees who have the same problems;The third level is targeted psychological counseling,and one-to-one psychological counseling is carried out for some employees who are troubled by some serious problems.
