In recent years,the internal and external competition of China's banking industry has intensified,and the pressure of operation and management has become prominent.As a traditional regional bank in Kunming,the above problems are particularly serious.In order to solve the pressure of operation and management,y bank will increase the assessment and management of employees,and put forward more stringent work requirements for employees.In order to complete the work tasks,employees often bear the dual pressure from spirit and body,including long working hours,high work difficulty,high work requirements,lack of ability,high expectation of leaders and career planning In the long run,the staff of Y bank have appeared low work efficiency,job satisfaction decline,turnover intention and so on.The problem of work pressure has become a problem that can not be ignored in the bank's human resource management.It is found that psychological detachment can effectively relieve the work pressure of employees.Therefore,this paper discusses the role of psychological detachment in alleviating the work pressure of Y bank employees through empirical research,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper first studies the status quo of work stress of Y bank employees,and then further discusses the influence of employees' non working time activities on psychological detachment and the impact of psychological detachment on physical symptoms reaction according to the research conclusion,so as to draw the research conclusion and provide the basis for y bank to use psychological detachment means to help employees relieve work pressure.In order to achieve the purpose of the research,this paper uses the interview method and questionnaire survey method to study.First of all,through the interview analysis,the work pressure of Y bank employees is obtained.The main types of workpressure are high work requirements,difficult work,long working hours,lack of self-ability,confusion of career planning,insufficient income and high expectations of leaders The main performance of stress response is back pain,headache,depression,anxiety,poor sleep quality,obesity,sub-health,irritability,confusion,irritability,hair loss;work pressure regulation methods are more concentrated,mainly for self psychological adjustment,accompany family,friends get together,entertainment activities,communication,sports,do housework seven kinds.Then through the questionnaire analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: the work-related activities of employees during the rest time have a negative impact on psychological detachment,and the activities of caring for children have a positive impact on psychological detachment;psychological detachment has a negative impact on physical symptoms of employees,including headache and fatigue or fatigue symptoms.
