Research On The Psychological Stress Of Coal Mine First-line Managers

Facing the complex, noisy and multilateral world, everyone needs to face more and more problems, and then the pressure is increasing. When we scramble to cope with various difficulties and pressures, you need to deal with pressure, resolve pressure, outlet pressure, and even challenge the pressure. A long time, due to the special nature of the coal mining enterprises working environment, the pressure of the first-line managers have been ignored. That not only reduces the efficiency of work, but also leads to the production of accidents, causing losses to the country, enterprises and individuals.In this paper, it exploratory researches the psychological pressure in view of the coal mine first-line management. On the source of pressure, pressure response to such problems as research. First of all, it makes an overview of pressure, pressure model, stress management and related theories; secondly, through interviews, questionnaire for empirical research, and then using SPSS13.0software for descriptive statistics, factor analysis and reliability analysis, finally through the AMOS6.0constructs a structural equation model. By the processing data for analysis, the model has been corrected. According to the model, it can analysis the inter pressure, external pressure and the stress response of the coal mine management. Contacting pressure at home and abroad research, the paper puts forward the model of stress management and stress management recommendations of the coal mine first-line managers. It improves the compressive ability of the coal mine first-line managers, to relieve or eliminate pressure, and to promote the safety production of coal enterprise. It not only provides the theoretical basis, but also has important application value and practical meaning.
