In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the pace of economic globalization has accelerated.The rapid flow of production factors such as commodities,technology,information and personnel in the world has connected the world into a large market.The resources of each enterprise have been optimally allocated nationwide and even globally,relying on the development of science and technology and the standardization of them.The development of economic globalization has prompted various enterprise groups to continuously expand their business scale and business scope.The financial institutions and financial personnel of branches and subsidiaries are also increasing,which increases the cost of enterprises and reduces work efficiency and weakens the group's control capabilities of institutions and subsidiaries.Now more and more enterprises are implementing financial shared services,and the large-scale,processable and standardized financial work is concentrated on the financial information system to the financial shared service center to reduce costs,improve efficiency,increase control of branches and subsidiaries,and make financial people freed from the cumbersome accounting work and put their energy into the management work that provides decision support for enterprises.To strengthen scientific management and control,and improve operational and management efficiency,Group A has started the construction of a financial shared service project based on ERP system and established a provincial financial shared service center as a unit.The system data of each province and group subsidiaries are concentrated in the national center.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part puts forward the practical and theoretical basis for the implementation of financial shared service by Company A through the presentation of the background and significance of the financial shared service.The second part analyzes the company management status before the implementation of the financial shared service of Company A,and points out that the financial standards of Company A before the implementation of the financial sharing service are not uniform,the management efficiency is low,and the financial management and control is difficult.Financial shared services are imperative.Through analyzing and summarizing the effect of A company's implementation of financial shared service,it proposes the role of financial shared service in standardizing accounting,strengthening financial management,improving enterprise efficiency,and promoting financial management transformation.The third part analyzes the causes of problems such as staffing,financial management,accounting process,information system,personnel and consciousness encountered in the application of financial shared service of Company A and proposes corresponding optimization measures for each problem to help the company's financial shared services continue to optimize development.Through the research on the financial shared system of ERP system as the information system of A company,this paper explores relevant problems and proposes optimization measures.It hopes to provide some reference for enterprises that have not implemented financial shared services in China,so that they can avoid problems and avoid detours in the process.
