The Research Of University Agricultural Technology Promotion Model Based On The Experimental Station

China's agriculture is currently in the transition stage of agricultural supply side reform.In the period of agricultural transformation,it is of great importance to improve the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and establish a sound system of agricultural science and technology.China's current agricultural technology promotion system is a multivariate agricultural technology promotion system,the government as the leading power,other social forces to participate.As an important component of agricultural science and technology popularization system,agriculture and forestry colleges play an important role in the popularization of agricultural science and technology.Among them,there are many typical universities to rely on the agricultural technology promotion model.In this paper,we study the northwest agriculture and forestry university of science and technology extension mode,selection of whitewater apple test station as a specific case study,to test station of northwest agriculture and forestry university of science and technology as a platform of agro-technique extension mode,analyzed in detail.In this paper,“1+3+5+5” model is selected as the typical model of agro-technical popularization in the experimental station,and its origin process is analyzed,and its operation mechanism and function are analyzed.After more than ten years of construction of the experimental station,the popularization of agricultural technology is confronted with the problem of the shortage of experts,and it is trapped in the practice dilemma of internal involution and elite capture.So,at the end of the article,the author puts forward the whitewater apple test station in the subsequent process should pay attention to the development of the new agricultural management main body,standing in the country revitalization under the background of,pay attention to the development of rural technical backbone personnel,and pay attention to collect the usual experiment and practice of scientific data,for the follow-up industry development and construction of scientific research information database.At the same time,we will use the Internet tools to strengthen the informationnization construction of agricultural science and technology popularization,and build the agricultural technology promotion platform and the WeChat public number.Through the new exploration and countermeasures of the future development of the experimental station,the role of the university agricultural technology promotion model in the rural revitalization strategy is put into play.
