Agriculture-oriented Promotion System Innovation Research

The existing system of promoting agricultural technology is the main government agencies to promote the relatively simple extension system and the urgent need for reform and innovation. Agricultural University is important positions of agricultural education, research and promotion and has a clear advantage in the promotion of agricultural technology . How to play the advantage of Agricultural University is the need to be solved both theory and practice. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance the innovative research on promoting system of Agricultural University for quickening the agricultural technology promotion and conversion of the fruits of science and technology of agricultural university and innovation our system of promoting agricultural technology.The agricultural technology to economic theory, agricultural extension systems theory, the proliferation of agricultural innovation theory, the transformation of science and technology theory, the theory of public goods theory as a guide, using empirical research and normative research combined, dynamic and static study combining research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the combination of methods, through Sichuan Agricultural University four types of institutions, 17 intermediate units, 146 units in the field survey, and 130 farmers in Guanghan, 90 farmers in Peng City, Sichuan Province, used Sichuan Agricultural University agricultural technology survey, from the promotion of institutions, extension workers, promotion of resources, promotion of the object, extension receivers, extension acts, promotion of agricultural performance, including seven University of existing empirical studies to promote system.
