| With the rapid development of the urban economy and the continuous improvement of the living standards of residents, the daily business activities surrounding the urban residents' residential areas are growing and diverse. As a daily and territorial business type, the block-scale commercial site plays an important role in business component. In order to provide efficient and convenient business services in neighborhoods,it is necessary to analyze and study the present spatial distribution of urban block-scale commercial site.Based on that, this article first defines the concepts which related to this research, and then sorts out the literature and theory of the previous research content of urban commercial space. The documents were sorted out from three aspects: commercial space,block-scale commercial site, and the application of GIS software with internet open data.Through the review,it is concluded that there are few quantitative researches on the influencing factors that affects urban commercial space and commercial spatial distribution based on block size. However, the technical research on the use of internet open data is an emerging hotspot in urban commercial research. Therefore, the topic of this paper enriches the scale and methods of research to some extent, and has corresponding theoretical and practical values. At the same time, based on the theory of central terrain, commercial agglomeration, spatial interaction theory and consumer behavior space theory, combined with the characteristics of block-scale commercial site, starting from the needs of daily commercial activities of consumers, this study analyzes the spatial distribution and formation mechanism theoretically.Based on the theoretical analysis, this article takes Jiangnan Area in Chongqing as a research case, collects and processes the internet open data of block-scale commercial site through web crawler technology, and empirically analyzes the spatial distribution of its block-scale commercial sites ant the influencing factors that affects the layout. The analysis of the spatial distribution of block-scale commercial sites,on the one hand,is mainly achieved through the spatial analysis function provided by GIS software in order to understand the distribution characteristics of its network layouts;on the other hand, through calculating the centralized index, the disequilibrium index and geographical contact rates, location entropy, and diversity indices,it can evaluate the status of their layout quantitatively. Then, based on the PLS-SEM,the factors affecting the spatial distribution of block-scale commercial site are explored from the four aspects: residential environment, consumer demand, location conditions, and competition. The result of the study shows that the overall spatial distribution of block-sacle commercial site is significantly affected by competition, consumer demand, and residential environment, and the degree of impact is in turn reduced, while the influence of location conditions is relatively weak. And the residential environment has a negative impact, while the rest are positive ones.In addition, the influencing mechanism between different commercial types vary a lot. Finally, according to the previous theoretical and empirical analysis results, this paper proposes targeted suggestions for the scientific and efficient layout optimization of block-scale commercial site in the future, and has a reference to the number of sites within the block as well as the setting of types.Meanwhile, the inadequacies of this study and future research prospects are also discussed at the end of this article. |
