Research On Open Data Application Platform Of Port Enterprises Based On "Internet +"

With the deepening of "Internet+",the traditional industries are looking for the best way to achieve business model innovation and change with the mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data,IoT and other technology.Port industry,as a typical producer services,has been developing for a long time.The operation ability of the port and the service provided by the port are becoming more and more similar.In the same area,the overlap of the hinterland and the similar goods makes the competition of the port more and more fierce.The innovation,transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain of the whole port enterprises are extremely urgent.Port hope to rebuild long-term competitive advantage by changing ideas,and hope to have a place in the world's maritime trade.This paper deeply investigates the information development of domestic port enterprises,and the status of data sharing and data management of port enterprises.In the "Internet+" environment,this paper has the following objectives:this paper aims to focus on the industry First,collecting scattered data resources within the port industry.Second,build an open data platform.Third,Combined with vertical field data fusion.Fourth,depth mining data assets value.Fifth,Providing data services for users.The last,Promote the innovation,development and upgrading of the port industry.Based on the existing port logistics information platform,with the Internet of things and cloud computing as the cornerstone of research,explore the opening and sharing of large data model,explore the value of the port industry data,building an open,complex,full ecological data service platform.With existing data resources as the core,building a port-centered information hub,extended to the entire industrial chain,providing convenient,sophisticated and diverse services.The long-term goals are reducing the cost of social integrated logistics,realizing the industrialization of information service,promoting the efficient operation of goods flow,information flow and capital flow in the port logistics industry chain.The research of this paper is mainly from three aspects:Firstly,aiming at the existing problems of data sharing and data management in port enterprises,this paper proposes an innovation mode of opening data of port enterprises.Analyzing the importance of the open data application platform of port enterprises.This paper proposes two ways to realize open data of port enterprises.Second,construction of the port enterprise open data application platform.Combined with the practical needs,design platform application scenarios,such as port operations,logistics coordination,international trade,financial services and data services,etc.Implemented in the prototype platform.Third,this paper proposes a method to find the association relationship of different datasets and mining the joint value of data by constructing Linked Data model,which can be visualized.Linked Data model can be applied to intelligent search,precision marketing,anomaly analysis and other development applications.
