Study On Suatial Distribution And Influencing Factors Of Catering Industry In Wuhua District Of Kunming City

Reasonable urban planning and layout play a vital role in the optimal use of resources and the economic value and environmental value.For the service industry,its role in China’s economic growth has gradually increased.The catering industry is one of the core components of the tertiary industry.Its distribution not only affects the urban spatial structure,but also plays an important role in promoting coordination among various functional areas of urban space.At present,most of the research on the spatial distribution of the catering industry is based on the provincial and municipal level as the research area unit,and the whole caternng industry is the research object.This paper takes each street of Wuhua District,one of the five major urban areas of Kunming,as the research area,and divides the catering industry into five categornes.Combined with the methods of spatial data analysis and statistical analysis,using Location entropy,System clustering,Spatial autocorrelation(Moran’I)and Principal component regression to conduct research on the distribution and aggregation characteristics of different catering formats in various streets,the development trend of various catering formats,the overall spatial distribution characteristics,and the factors affecting the distribution of the caterregion ing industry,and analyze them separately from the internal and the overall of the perspectives.In order to understand the distribution characteristics and development trend of the catering industry in Wuhua District and the factors affecting its distribution.The research results show that the catering industry structure in the streets of Wuhua District of Kunming is similar,and the distribution of catering industry in each street is uneven,most of which show band or flaky gathering;there are gaps in the development level of different catering establishments in various streets.On the whole,there is no obvious spatial correlation between the distribution of catering industry in Wuhua District,and the distribution of catering is uneven.The Huguo Street plays a leading role in the catering industry in the surrounding streets.In terms of influencing factors,the number and distribution of office buildings,shopping plazas and subway stations have a greater impact on the distribution of the catering industry in the study area.
