Study On Spatial Distribution Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Catering Outlets In Guangzhou City

Mastering the spatial and temporal variation and distribution characteristics of the catering industry is of great significance to urban economic development,business management and decision-making.Based on the POI data of Guangzhou restaurants in 2014 and 2018,the spatial and temporal evolution and agglomeration characteristics of urban restaurant are analyzed with GIS spatial analysis method,and the influencing factors of its distribution are discussed.The results showed that:(1)In 2014 and 2018,the restaurants in Guangzhou showed a spatial distribution pattern from "dual core" to "multi core",which had significant spatial concentration characteristics.(2)In 2014 and 2018,the agglomeration degree of all kinds of catering outlets in different regions of Guangzhou was different,and the high density agglomeration areas of Guangdong restaurant,Sichuan restaurant and Hunan restaurant increased,extending to the northeast.The agglomeration of fast food restaurants and foreign restaurants is expanding,and the agglomeration degree of northeast restaurants is weakened.(3)There is a significant correlation between bus stations,shopping malls,office buildings,industrial parks,land prices and catering outlets,and the degree of influence is different.The correlation between catering outlets and bus stations,office buildings,shopping malls,schools is strong.The correlation with industrial park is weak,and it is concentrated in the middle and high grade land price area.(4)By using the geographical weighted regression analysis model,this paper further analyzes the spatial influence factors of bus stations,shopping malls,colleges and universities,office buildings and industrial parks on food and beverage,and finds that there are significant spatial differences in the influence of each factor on food and beverage.Among them,bus stops and office buildings have a greater impact on the catering development of Taihe Town,Renhe Town and Zhongluotan Town in Baiyun District in the northern region,and shopping malls play an important role in promoting the catering development in Liwan District and Zhuhai District in the southern region.Universities and industrial parks contribute greatly to the dining of Shijing Street,Junhe Street,Jiaho Street and New City Street in Baiyun District in the west.(5)The development of Guangzhou catering industry is uneven,mainly concentrated in Tianhe District,Yuexiu District,Liwan District and Haizhu District,while in Shunhua District,Huadu District,Zengcheng District,the distribution is less and the development space potential is great.The research results can provide reference for the development planning and optimization management of urban catering industry.
