Under the new situation,the process of global economic integration has accelerated,and China's insurance industry has continued to develop rapidly,and the degree of opening-up has gradually increased.Insurance industry the turning of the business environment changes and the advent of the Internet,is becoming more and more highlights the insurance company of the employees in ability level for the major effect of the company's business activities,cause the insurance companies to pay close attention to in respect of human resources training and depth of thinking.Now insurance companies through the implementation of strategic human resource management,attaches great importance to staff training and education,improve the staff's flexibility,the path of building enterprise core competitive ability,to realize the ultimate strategic vision.Firstly,this paper reviews the research status of human resources training at home and abroad by consulting the literature of relevant theories.Through the training theory,strategic training and other related theoretical research,has been clear about the enterprise the important role of staff training on the company's development strategy.On the basis of analyzing the actual situation of the employee training mode of R insurance company,the problems existing in the current employee training mode are summarized.A strategic training theory as the guidance in this paper,based on the practice,to R insurance company employee training pattern the necessity and feasibility of strategic optimization are analyzed in detail,starting from the actual level of R insurance company training management,puts forward the strategic training mode design.Scheme improved R insurance company of the staff training needs analysis,training plan formulation and implementation,and strategic employee training effect evaluation and feedback related links such as content,form a good circulation of staff training.Then,smooth implement of the strategic training mode for the company puts forward the necessary safeguard measures of corporate culture and training system,make the training better serve the needs of the development of corporate strategy,sustained steady development solid foundation for the company.In this process,the employee and the company progress together,finally realizing the win-win situation between the organization and the individual career.For insurance companies,it is undoubtedly the top priority.How to construct effective employee training mode to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and better serve the realization of enterprise strategic goals is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper is a research on the construction of employee training model in R insurance company.
