With China's accession to the WTO,the internationally renowned insurance giants have landed in the Chinese market and compete with China's insurance companies for market share.China's insurance companies are facing unprecedented challenges.In this fierce market competition,"human resources" has become the core of competition in the insurance market.Among them,the business personnel is the main body of insurance companies,and also the most important part of the market competition.By taking advantage of my work in P company,analyzing the company's current business personnel training system present situation,found that the internal training system of traditional company has been unable to meet the needs of business personnel training,the urgent need for optimizing and coordinating the scientific and reasonable of the existing training system.The common mode common mode of combing firstly the definition and development of the company,the company training theory and training system of China's insurance industry company training system,provide strong theoretical support for the establishment of business personnel training system of P insurance company;secondly introduces the general situatio n of the company,business personnel structure,existing business personnel the training system and training status of the results,and through the analysis of the existing training system and the reasons for the problems,economic principle,according to the training target of the training motivation,training content,training methods for diversity,training practice and training,and pay attention to and overall standard system,finally constructs a set including training demand system,training plan,training organization system,training Instructor,management system,training curriculum system,training effect evaluation system and training system,such as the 7 dimensions of scientific and rational salesman training system.Through this study,the author not only finds out the obstacles of the current business personnel training system,but also analyzes them carefullyFinally,we should build up a scientific and reasonable internal training system for business personnel.This paper has great reference and application value for the training of business personnel at the present staget.
