Research On The Application Of Financial Sharing Service Center In China Railway Construction

With the rapid growth of China's economy and the continuous improvement of its influence,the world is attracting the attention of the world.Among them,the large construction enterprises in China have played an important role.The strong support of the national construction and the implementation of the “infrastructure The Belt and Road”strategy,the construction enterprises are facing more opportunities,many large group enterprises not only for infrastructure construction in China,and the beginning of the world,into the international development track.However,the traditional financial management model can not meet the needs of the expansion of the enterprise,and even restrict the development of the enterprise.Therefore,a new financial management mode is urgently needed to solve the problems faced by enterprises and promote the development of enterprises.With the innovation of information technology,the Financial Shared Service Center came into being.As a new financial management reform,it has been over thirty years abroad.After years of practice,the value of the financial shared service mode has been well demonstrated.The financial sharing service mode plays an important role in reducing the operating cost,improving the operation efficiency and strengthening the financial centralized management.According to statistics,more than half of the world's top 500 enterprises have established financial shared services organizations,and 90% of multinational enterprises are implementing financial sharing services.Its establishment has brought new changes to enterprises.Therefore,many Chinese enterprises have begun to learn from this way to establish their own financial shared service system.The first financial shared service centers in China are mainly concentrated in Telecom,banking and communication industries.For large construction enterprises,they are relatively late.The main research object of this paper is the first implementation of Financial Shared Service Center China railway construction in china.Because there is no other domestic construction enterprises can learn,therefore,China Railway Financial Shared Service Center building process is also facing many difficulties,of course,also has important practical significance for its research.The article mainly includes the following parts: First,it begins with the introduction,and introduces the background and significance of the research,the methods and ideas,the basic framework and the main contributions of the research.Secondly,it is a theoretical study which introduces the related theories of the financial sharing service and the Financial Sharing Service Center.Again,is to Chinese Railway Financial SharingApplication Service Center as an example,research on Financial Shared Service Center design,in China railway construction process reengineering and operation management system,analyzes its application achievements,experience and problems;Then,it studies the mode of implementing financial sharing services between domestic and foreign enterprises,and summarizes their successful experience.Then,put forward to perfect the China Railway Finance Shared Service Center proposal;Finally,the summary and prospect are carried out.It is hoped that this study will not only help the construction enterprises to contribute to the financial sharing of other types of enterprises.
