| Life insurance is a kind of insurance system and an important part of modern social welfare business supplement.However,because of the pressure of life insurance marketing and the serious classification of income level,higher turnover rate is produced.If this problem can not be effectively alleviated,not only for the enterprise human resources training for investment or customer service experience are the formation of serious harm,and even will have a more profound social problem.In order to further explore the related factors of staff turnover and management scheme to solve this problem,this paper carried out the investigation and analysis of questionnaires widely,and carry out specific research from the following aspects:one is to summarize the reasons of macro stage and development status of life insurance salesmen’s turnover from the point of theoretical analysis;the two is from the questionnaire the basic factors affecting the formation of data acquisition analysis system to improve the exhaustive mode of weight calculation,and on this basis to explore the generation factors and the size of the causes;three is from the four dimensions of society,industry,enterprises and individuals to explore the specific effects of turnover behavior,to lay a solid foundation for the optimization strategy the subsequent analysis;four is to reduce the turnover rate as the core objective,put forward suggestions of human resources management.Through this study,from the theoretical level to carry out the full caliber of the factors affecting the weight of the departure,determine the actual process of departure behavior in the guidance of indicators.Is from the angle of practice according to the situation and strategy of the first marketing staff turnover rate is relatively high,the field corresponding to the insurance industry internal turnover,and the formation of high social value. |
