Research On Financial Strategy Of Y Company Based On Value Chain

With the continuous development of the real estate industry,the importance of the real estate in the national economic system has been self-evident.In order to maintain the healthy development of the real estate industry,the government has continuously strengthened the market control of the real estate industry.The policy is increasing and the control means emerge in an endless stream.Now the real estate market competition is more and more fierce,which makes the business risk of real estate enterprises increasing.Therefore,the optimization and improvement of the real estate enterprise in its financial strategy is of great significance to its stable and long-term development.Financial strategy based on value chain is a financial management mode which is according to the theory of management contains,the purpose of it is to improve enterprise's market competitive advantage and creating value for customers,Conducting financial activities and dealing with financial relations within the value chain,developing financial policy,business strategy and development plan with characteristics of guidance,wholeness,long-term and importance.Scholars' research on traditional corporate financial strategies mostly only analyzed the impact of internal management and external environment on enterprise financial strategies,and standing the point of financing and investment to investigate corporate financial strategies.So,in the competitive environment,the research on the financial activities and financial relations of the value chain enterprise groups is relatively deficient.Based on the value chain theory,the financial strategy is studied from both the internal value chain and the external value chain,to find out its inadequacies and make the financial strategy more perfect.This paper mainly studies and analyzes Y company's financial strategy implementation based on value chain in way of case analysis.The text is mainly composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly consists of the research background,research ideas,research methods,research status at home and abroad,and innovative points.The second part is a summary of related theories,including Value chain theory,financial strategy theory and the theory of financial strategy based on the value chain,the role of this chapter is to lay the theoretical foundation for the study of the entire article.The following are mainly case studies.For example,the third part mainly introduces the main contents of the value chain-based financial strategy implemented by Company Y.This chapter includes the contents of the company profile and the financial strategy it implements;This is to examine the financial strategy implementation effect of Y Company from the financial point of view and find out the problems that Y Company has in the implementation of the value chain financial strategy.The fifth part is based on the contents of the third and fourth parts,and provides suggestions for Y company to improve its financial strategy.The sixth part is the end.It mainly summarizes the research conclusions and research prospects of this paper.The research in this article is beneficial to Y company to improve financial strategy from the perspective of value chain,and also hopes that other companies can learn from it.
