Stutdy On Financial Strategy Of DE Company Based On Financial Strategy Matrix

Chinese medicine enterprises have ushered in valuable development opportunities in the new trend of economic growth.If they want to take a place in the highly competitive pharmaceutical market,companies must optimize their financial strategies to achieve the overall strategic goals,and further enhance the company's dominant position in the pharmaceutical market.First of all,this paper clarifies the main points of corporate financial strategy.Based on the company profile of DE company and the strategic environment of corporate finance,according to the annual financial statements of DE Company from 2012 to 2016,the related financial data of the company are calculated and analyzed.Then this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of financial strategy of DE company,builds the financial strategy matrix model of DE company,and proposes the corresponding financial strategy optimization for DE company through the change of position of DE company in DE company's financial strategy matrix model to provide a deeper level of empirical support for the effective implementation of DE's financial strategy and the realization of strategic objectives.Through the research,it is found that the corporate financial stratey of the company mainly has the following problems;the financing channels are relatively fixed and the financing method is single;The investment business scope is undiversified,the investment risk is high;The continuous increase in dividend distribution increases the risk of enterprise operation.Based on this,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the company's financial strategy:adopting reasonable financing plan,expanding the scope of investment business and perfecting the distribution system of dividend.
