Research On The Implementation Of Financial Strategy From The Perspective Of Suning Tesco Value Chain

With the increasingly fierce market competition,the management idea and management method used by the company have also changed greatly.After Professor Michael E.Porter first put forward the value chain theory in 1985,the value chain theory has been increasingly enriched,affecting all aspects of enterprise development,especially financial strategy.Value chain breaking and rebuilding the procedures and methods of traditional financial strategy,under the integration of the value chain theory,enterprise gradually start from two aspects of the system and the dynamic development examines the financial strategic issues and gradually build a modern company's financial strategy system conforms to the 21 st century,for the maintenance and development of the company's core competitiveness provides a great help.The theories and methods of financial strategy have also been improved and developed in the modern sense.First of all,this paper makes a detailed analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad,and finds that there are relatively few studies on the combination of value chain and financial strategy,which lack certain guiding significance for current enterprises.Then it introduces the basic theory of financial strategy from the perspective of financial strategy,value chain and value chain,which lays the theoretical foundation for the following part.This paper takes Suning As a case to study,and firstly analyzes the financial strategies of Suning under the internal and external value chains,including supplier accounts receivable pool financing strategy,smart retail strategy,efficient logistics distribution strategy and new warehousing strategy.Then the BSC was used to study the implementation of the financial strategy from the perspective of Suning's value chain in four dimensions.The research results showed that the financial strategy played a positive role in Suning's interior and played a great role in promoting suning's strong competitiveness in the same industry.Finally,this paper summarizes the experience of financial strategy under suning value chain in order to provide some Suggestions to other enterprises.
