With the change of times,the Internet and computer technology have become the most important application tools in 21 th century.Because of this,the IT industry has also been greatly developed in the past decade.Coupled with the fact that the Chinese government has vigorously promoted preferential policies for the development of computer and Internet enterprises,which has provided fertile ground for the development of Chinese IT enterprises.However,precisely because of these excellent conditions,China's IT industry is also brewing industry risks in the process of rapid development.As the number of entry enterprises is increasing,the future development space of each enterprise is beginning to be restricted.Sooner or later,the rules of economic development will erupt the survival storm within the IT industry,making truly high-quality enterprises bigger and stronger,and merge or eliminate enterprises that cannot adapt to the development of the market.In order to gain a competitive advantage in this harsh market,it requires the enterprise to have a set of scientific and effective project management mechanism,through continuous reform and innovation to enhance the comprehensive strength and profitability of the enterprise,so as to ensure that all projects of the IT enterprise can be completed efficiently and qualitatively.YDXX Company is an IT service enterprise that integrates customer experience and provides customer terminal for enterprises and individual customers,and it's one of the leading enterprises in Dalian.However,it now faces serious crisis on project management due to its non-scientific project management system.This paper takes the development of IT industry in China as the research background and the project management of YDXX Company as the research object.Firstly,the paper introduces the project management problems faced by YDXX Company through four real cases,and then combs the theories and methods of project management,project management and so on,and using these theories and methods to analyze the causes of the project management crisis in YDXX Company.It is confirmed that because the project management is not scientific,the project risk is difficult to control,the project quality is not up to standard and the project funds are not sufficient,YDXX Company now faces the current project management crisis.Finally,the paper combines with the actual situation of project management of YDXX Company,and proposes a set of feasible project management suggestions and countermeasures for it.Through this series of research results,YDXX Company completely gets rid of the influence and puzzlement brought by the project management problem,and enhances the comprehensive competitiveness and profitability,consolidating the leading position in the industry.Through the analysis and study of this paper,the author eventually got scientific plans and countermeasures of project management of YDXX Company.The research results can not only solve the problem of YDXX Company,but also has high reference to resolve project management crisis in the IT industry.
