After the 2008 economic crisis,China first broke out of the siege and experienced a round of rapid economic growth climax,and different enterprises benefited from this,constantly expanding market share and profitability.So that China economic development into a virtuous circle of sustainable development.In this process,the banking industry has played an important supporting role.No matter the big four state-owned banks,or domestic commercial banks or foreign banks,they have provided sufficient funds for various industries in China to keep a continuous development momentum.But the banking industry itself become extremely unstable because of the high-speed economic risk.Domestic economic growth has led to the expansion of the size of banks and the surge in business area,but at the same time has brought about fierce market competition.In order to gain a place in the cruel market competition,the bank must enhance its comprehensive strength.The most valuable core competitiveness is human resources.Only by mastering the high-quality talents in the industry can the enterprise be assured of an invincible position.HX Bank Dalian Branch was established in 1999.After 19 years of innovation,HX Bank Dalian Branch has taken root in Dalian and developed in good condition.However,as China economic development began to return to rationality,the rate of growth declined,and the overall economic situation of the northeast old industrial base was not optimistic,the achievements of HX Bank Dalian Branch in recent years also showed a marked decline.The more serious problem is that due to the interference of various internal and external factors,the problem of employee turnover of HX Bank Dalian Branch is worsening day by day,especially when a large number of dispatched employees in the company begin to leave their jobs.As a result of the shortage of human resources,the bank can't operate normally,and the problem of labor dispatch staff loss can't be ignored.Therefore,this paper starts with the actual case of labor dispatch staff loss in HX Bank Dalian Branch.Through collecting and selecting suitable theories and models of human resource management,this paper analyzes the problem of employee turnover in HX Bank Dalian Branch through scientific methods,and finds out the root cause of this crisis,which lead to the serious labor dispatch staff loss crisis in HX bank Dalian Branch.Combined with the current human resource management situation of HX Bank Dalian Branch,this paper establishes a set of effective solutions for HX Bank Dalian Branch to solve the problem of employee turnover,and through a series of measures to improve and optimize,helps HX Bank Dalian Branch completely get rid of the labor dispatch staff drain crisis.The research of this paper will not only solve the labor dispatch staff loss crisis of HX Bank Dalian Branch,but also further standardizes the management of the domestic banking service dispatch staff,to ensure the labor dispatch staff can be treated fairly.At the same time,it also makes the bank more comfortable and stable to use the labor-dispatching staff,achieving the goal of win-win.
