In recent years,companies have continued to merge and reorganize,and the scale of development and branches have continued to grow.This situation has aggravated the financial cost burden of enterprises,and the company's own control and operating efficiency have gradually declined.The traditional decentralized management model has not been adapted to the strategic development.How to strengthen the financial control of the branches and branches of enterprises and effectively reduce their financial management costs is becoming a management problem for many large-scale enterprises.As a large-scale commercial and trade enterprise,B companies are also facing the same problems.With the continuous development of “Internet Plus”,the application of information technology has become more and more widespread.The sharing service model has emerged and is gradually being applied by domestic enterprises.This model has transformed the organizational structure to integrate disparate businesses in one location.The treatment can effectively reduce costs and improve efficiency,strengthen the company's management and control capabilities,and further promote the company's development and strategic expansion.The future financial development will also change to a shared service model.There are various types of financial sharing service centers.In terms of selection,they cannot copy other people's models.Instead,they should choose the most appropriate sharing model based on the actual situation of the company itself and future needs and development plans in order to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.The development and expansion of corporate strategy has led to the maximum application of the financial shared service center.This article first summarizes the relevant theories of the financial sharing service center model,introduces the development,feasibility,and necessity of financial sharing services,and focuses on four different modes of the financial shared service center: "Basic mode,independent operation mode,market "Models and advanced market models" are analyzed and illustrated.Taking typical enterprises as examples,the characteristics of these different types of financial shared service center models are analyzed,and the necessity and consideration criteria for the selection of enterprise financial sharing service models are clarified.After that,it analyzed the background of the establishment of financial sharing service center of company B,introduced the strategic objectives of the development of company B,and the current status and goals of its internal environment.Finally,from the B company's internal environment,strategic development and financial functions,as well as the company's strategic development plan,combined with the company's own situation,analyze how B companies choose the mode of financial shared service center.The thesis studies the process of choosing the financial sharing service model of company B through the combination of theory and practice.From the selection process,it summarizes how to correctly choose the financial sharing service model,and provides a certain degree for more enterprises to implement the financial sharing service center and model selection work.support.
