In recent years,China's economy has achieved rapid growth in the world,the global market for China's hotel industry has brought the international market competition.Managers of hotels should pay more attention to the management,strengthen the hotel's soft power and improve their competitiveness through the establishment of a sound management mechanism.Performance management,as an important means of management,is more and more widely used.The hotel industry belongs to the service industry,the content of the work has particularity and diversity,and the composition of staff is also complex,these characteristics to the hotel industry performance management work more difficult.In this paper,L international hotel performance management as the research object,after years of L International Hotel affirmed the effectiveness of performance management,but should focus on solving some problems existing in the performance management,including performance management process,results and light touch,performance appraisal and development target assessment system is not perfect,a single application of assessment results etc..Through the analysis of the L International Hotel,the concept of performance management,performance evaluation methods and index setting,performance feedback system and the establishment of incentive mechanism,proposed L international hotel only changing the concept of performance management,improve the performance management system,multi direction to promote the implementation of organizational performance,performance evaluation methods and indicators of refinement,the establishment of a virtuous the performance feedback mechanism,expand the application of performance evaluation results,establish the perfect incentive mechanism,to further improve the management mechanism,enhance the management level,to make L international hotel industry in the fierce competition in an invincible position.Through the analysis of performance management,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the performance management of L International Hotel,which can provide some new ideas for the future performance management of L International Hotel,and can provide reference for the performance management work in the same industry.
