With the advent of the knowledge economy and the information age,as well as the adjustment of the national macroeconomic policy and market resource allocation mechanism,the enterprises are facing more and more pressure of transformation and upgrading.As the carrier of technology and intelligence,human resource is the source of enterprises to promote the transformation and win the competitive advantage.Performance appraisal is the core of human resource management,is the main basis for the objective evaluation,salary management,post allocation,personnel appointment and training,is an important means of human resource management and development.The hotel staff performance appraisal is a kind of management mode with its strategic objectives as the core of enterprise strategic target,design and program of work form,performance feedback and results using other content are of great help.Hua Tian Hotel,the main development of the hotel industry,and at the same time,the tourism industry,is a well-known modern company,the country to enter the international market,Hunan is the first recognized by the government departments have a leader in the title of the hotel company,over the years,the hotel management mode and experience has been very mature,the Turist Hotel is one of China’s top ten enterprises in the international hotel,also has a certain status.Based on the research of enterprise staff performance management conclusions and realistic experience,analysis of the status quo of Hua Tian Hotel performance management and the existing problems,and puts forward some principles and specific implementation plan of Hua Tian Hotel employee performance appraisal management optimization and corresponding protection measures.The main conclusions of this paper:(1)the work performance,attitude and ability to unify on the performance appraisal,this method is effective,which to some extent make up for the other methods in the performance evaluation content of single and unscientific defects;(2)the staff performance appraisal target and the overall strategy of little relevanceassessment object does not understand and grasp its position and function in the hotel overall performance appraisal in the current Hua Tian Hotel employee performance appraisal management,design the performance appraisal index will not be effectively matching with hotel strategy,organization structure and responsibility norms,the lack of systematic thinking,key performance indicators of performance standards for single,poor,lack of index weight design the assessment,the main body is not clear,improper choice of assessment methods,the evaluation results of the use of poor and other problems;(3)to Meet the Hua Tian Hotel and the employees of fair,reasonable and scientific performance appraisal management,optimization of performance appraisal management should follow the strategic direction,feasibility and practicability,key,participation,communication and cost principle;(4)optimization of performance appraisal management of Hua Tian Hotel should be based on the process and purpose the performance management of the hotel staff,including examination preparation,plan,execution,use the links to complete these tasks should be arranged to form the assessment methods,that is to design different people It differs from man to man.,assessment content and in their own way,do the individual assessment,highlighting the appraisal value to its fullest extent,to meet the needs of enterprise development;(5)the implementation of the new Hua Tian Hotel employee performance appraisal management model should take into account the impact from the concept,information,personnel and other aspects of the environment,we should reasonable performance mode,the formation of multi exchange feedback system,pay attention to the training and supervision work,and establish performance for power enterprise culture construction in order to ensure the optimized Hua Tian Hotel employee performance appraisal and management mode to the smooth and effective implementation.
