This article will be the modern theory of performance management as a guide,the hotelis now a basic brief overview of H Hotel,and on this basis and other methods for H Hotels’status and problems of performance appraisal conducted a comprehensive analysis, and theexisting problems, to design a comprehensive, scientific, hotel development needs in line withthe performance management system, in order to improve the scientific management level ofthe hotel as a whole, to ensure that the hotel industry in the fierce competition in the stabledevelopment of the foundation.Development and management of human resources is the coreof the hotel management, performance management and human resource management is thefocus of the work, and thus through the establishment of a sound,scientific and effectiveperformance management system must be able to enhance the hotel ’s service management,improve hotel operations performance and achieve strategic objectives, and ultimately make itstand out in the fierce competition,therefore, the performance of the hotel, especially thestate-owned system of hotel management studies is extremely important.In this paper, by using the method of literature, investigation and interviews and otherresearch methods, taking H hotel as the research object, analyzed the problems and reasons ofhotel H exists in the process of performance management, and related to the theory of modernperformance management as the instruction, the discussion and research on the currentperformance management of H Hotel work. In general, H hotel is currently has four majorproblems: the existence of management performance and cognitive problems, the existing sethotel appraisal index of the problem, the hotel in terms of performance communication andperformance security problem. Aiming at these problems, this study uses interview study,questionnaire survey method to the H hotel performance management problems in theresearch, and puts forward some measures and advice between play of human resources,changing the idea, strengthen the management of organization performance managementperformance leadership, established the performance management system, effective factors,attach importance to strengthen performance management in the process of implementation tostrengthen the assessment and examination of communication as well as the improvement ofthe incentive performance appraisal management system etc, the same type the hotel’simplementation of performance management has some reference value and practical value. |
