Since the establishment of Shenzhen City cooperative bank in 1995,China's urban commercial banks have become an indispensable pillar force to promote the development of local economy.However,with the increasing pressure of the traditional large state-owned commercial banks on the development of the city commercial banks and the rise of the Internet finance,the urban commercial banks in China are facing unprecedented competition pressure and severe market environment,and the urban commercial banks in China must carry out all directional strategic planning and change within a limited time.In the reform,human resources management will be the first priority in the reform.From the relevant theory,a performance assessment system based on competency model is constructed for middle level managers of urban commercial banks,and it is applied to the middle managers' performance assessment,to overcome the subjectivity and one-sided performance of the previous performance assessment,and to effectively improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the middle managers,and will be the cities of our country.The performance appraisal of middle managers in commercial banks can provide a useful reference.Based on the domestic and foreign competence concept,the related theory of model and the related theory of performance assessment,this dissertation takes the middle-level manager performance appraisal system of Fuxin bank Huludao branch as the research object,draws on the existing competency model construction principles and frameworks,and obtains the overall assessment factor of the winning power through the questionnaire survey,from the basic quality.Based on four dimensions of managers' quality,attitude and values and relationship quality,a competency model of middle managers of Fuxin bank Huludao branch is constructed.Through the research of Huludao branch leadership,the level evaluation standard of middle level manager performance assessment of Huludao branch is designed,and then the competency model of middle level manager of Fuxin bank Huludao branch is applied in practice.In view of this,the performance appraisal of middle level managers in Fuxin bank Huludao branch is deeply discussed,and some suggestions are made for the effective implementation of performance assessment of Fuxin bank Huludao branch.
