| The frequent occurrence of power emergencies has brought great challenges to the safe and reliable operation of power grid.The node location and distribution route optimization of power emergency supplies' distribution network are the key links to power emergency recovery work.And the scientificity and effectiveness of node location and distribution route optimization are crucial to shorten the recovery time and reduce the loss of outage.In view of this,combined with the actual operation process of power emergency work,the dynamic optimization steps of power emergency supplies are taken,including requirements analysis,node location optimization and distribution path dynamic optimization.Based on this,the research on distribution network dynamic optimization of power emergency supplies has been done in this paper.In this paper,the basic theories of distribution network optimization of power emergency supplies are analyzed firstly,with the composition of power emergency logistics activities,the connotation and optimization process of the distribution network of power emergency supplies and the relevant optimization theory included.Therefore,the demand characteristics and quantizing method of power emergency supplies are focused on with triangular fuzzy number theory applied.By scientifically analyzing the basic theory,the scientificity and effectiveness of the dynamic optimization model of the distribution network of power emergency supplies can be improved.Secondly,the location optimization model of power emergency supplies repository is constructed with the demand of multiple coverage.The model is a three stage optimization model.In the first stage,the research area is divided into sub-regions on the basis of disaster history information,and by taking emergency time limit into consideration,the number of emergency supplies repository is determined.In the second phase,the research area has been implemented gridding treatment.Then regarding the maximum satisfaction degree of regional coverage as the goal,and optimizing the location of power emergency supplies repository.In the third stage,the redundant repositories are eliminated in order to achieve the maximum regional coverage satisfaction with the least nodes.Furthermore,the distribution route dynamic optimization model of power emergency supplies is proposed based on the sudden occurrence and sustained development characteristics of disaster.And the dynamic traffic network and recovery priority are comprehensively considered in the model.The analysis of dynamic traffic network after disaster occurrence is based on the road resistance function.For the priority of failure recovery,the comprehensive measurement system is made through the indexes of node electric betweenness,node cohesion,line electric betweenness and average transmission distance.Finally,numerical examples are combined to optimize and analyze the distribution network of power emergency supplies.And the corresponding optimization strategies and suggestions of the distribution network of power emergency supplies are presented from the aspect of emergency supplies distribution network planning,related information technology introduction,safety stock holding and emergency supplies demand analysis,which is are designed to improve the supply efficiency of power emergency materials. |
