In recent years, a series of unexpected events have brought great harm to our power grid enterprises. In the face of natural disasters and emergencies, how could we do to ensure a timely supply of electricity emergency, repair the power lines and recover the electricity as soon as possible, has a very important significance for the affected areas. In order to reduce the impact of the emergencies and minimize losses of disaster areas, the author made a research on emergency supplies distributed optimization of the power company, and excepted the paper could give a method to enhance the overall security of the grid lines.Based on the emergency logistics and electrical emergency supplies related issues, this paper summarized the present situation of the research and the feature of electricity emergency supplies distributed optimization. Through illustrating the power emergency material reserve requirements and the theory of power emergency supplies’demand, the author combined with the actual situation of Chinese Power Grid Company, mainly introduced the distribution of electric power supplies reserve center and repertory. By using the concept of triangular fuzzy number and the variable of fuzzy speed, fuzzy time, the author put forward the solution of the security of electric power emergency supplies function. This paper proposed a multi-objective model in consideration of the time index and economy index, and through the thought of building power emergency supplies distribution network, dividing district, requirement decomposition and route selection to simplify the model. In order to guarantee emergency supplies allocated in time, each demand point supplies was divided to whole vehicle supplies and Yu Huo supplies, the whole vehicle supplies adopt point to point direct shipping, and Yu Huo supplies adopt to piece together the vehicle for delivery. we can reduce the cost of power company emergency supplies effectively by this method. In order to simplify the complexity of choosing Yu Huo supplies’vehicle routing, this paper give a zoning model with constraint conditions, through the deployment of network division, then select vehicle routes in the divided region, the author adopted the improved genetic algorithm to solve the question.Finally, the author use a actual example to illustrate the model’s solving, according to the thought of network building, dividing district, requirement decomposition and route selection.
