With the development of economy,the logistics industry also develops rapidly.Network planning can reduce the material management cost in logistics greatly,and warehouse and distribution systems and reasonable distribution system can contribute to the efficient logistics management.The national grid is a large state-owned enterprise in our country,which is in charge of the power grid construction and production.The core of the enterprise resources is the material.With the increase of requirement for the materials in the power network,the role of enterprise is increasingly obvious.The planning of the distribution network attracts attention from the enterprises and the researchers.The logistics system is the key role of warehouse and distribution.It solves the warehouse distribution network fundamentally and improves the efficiency of the system management.Optimizing the warehouse and distribution of resources is a key issue facing the enterprises.It affects the cost and efficiency of the material distribution and the service quality of the enterprise.The material management is based on the whole supply chain management and plays a key role in the decreasing cost and increasing the efficiency of the distribution network.This paper researches the management of Qinhuangdao power supply company warehouse and analyzes the problems in its distribution network.To meet the requirement of materials,warehouse management warehouse management business and other aspects of the problems are analyzed.Based on the current issue,the logistics warehouse distribution design model is designed to minimize the distribution cost.Results show that the distribution cost decreases 5.31%,the speed of distribution increases 10.43%,and the optimized of shipments increases 5.35%.This study provides an optimal design for Qinhuangdao power supply company warehouse and distribution management system.It increases utilization of resources and meets the demand of power grid construction and production supplies.Meanwhile,it provides an reference to other enterprises' material distribution and network.
