| With the progress of science and technology, the ability to predict naturaldisasters for people is increasing. However, they cannot avoid the occurrence ofnatural disasters. In recent years, the enormous casualties and economic losses withthe occurrence of natural disasters is a wake-up call for emergency logistics in China.Relative to the development of emergency logistics in many other countries, thedevelopment of emergency logistics in China is lagging, our emergency responsesystem is not perfect. The construction of emergency logistics in China is relativelybackward, that causes widespread concern of the government, experts and scholars.The main role of emergency logistics is delivering of emergency supplies to thedisaster area timely and reducing the losses caused by the natural disasters. Therefore,this paper focuses on studying the transportation problem of emergency materials.Through researching the development status of the emergency logistics at home andabroad and related documents on emergency materials transportation, I find that thecurrent research on emergency materials transportation mainly focusing on theemergency vehicle arrangement and emergency line selection, there are few studieson the model of emergency materials transportation capacity. This paper mainlyresearches on the model of emergency materials transportation capacity.First of all, I analysis the transport process of the emergency supplies fromraising to the final distribution to the people after natural disasters happened.According to the emergency materials transportation process, I establish the model ofemergency materials transportation network and point out that the emergencymaterials transportation network composed of emergency node, emergency line andinformation flow. Giving the definition of the emergency materials transportationcapacity and analyzing that emergency node capacity and emergency line capacityconstitute the emergency materials transportation capacity. Regarding the process ofemergency materials transportation as a system, I analyze the factors that influencethe emergency materials transportation capacity In the system of internal and external.I point out that the formation mechanism of emergency materials transportationcapacity.When building the mathematical model on the emergency materialstransportation capacity,I take the influence coefficient of the factors outside theemergency materials transportation system to the emergency materials transportationcapacity. into account. At last, I calculate of the emergency material transportcapacity of the entire emergency supplies transport network. According to the theoryof constraints, I look for the bottleneck of emergency materials transportation capacity in the emergency material transportation network. Put ting forward the solutions forsome bottlenecks, and it expects to improve the transport efficiency of the entireemergency transportation network at the expense of a minimum investment. |
