Nowadays, enterprises widely implement JIT production and zero inventory management strategy. In a stable environment, it can significantly reduce inventory and reduce costs of supply chain. However, the zero inventory management strategy has greatly strained the supply chain, a small disturbance will disrupt the normal operation of the supply chain. In the face of unconventional emergencies, failure of the supply chain nodes will soon affect the upstream and downstream enterprises, and finally, failure events have serious implications for the entire supply chain. A series serious consequence caused by supply chain disruptions makes people re-examine the current supply chain, a good supply chain should not only in the pursuit of high efficiency and low cost, but also pay attention to resilient strategy of supply chain under unconventional emergency, so as to improve the fast recovery capacity. Are based on this, this paper study on optimal modeling and solving of resilient supply network and distribution network under unconventional emergency, propose collaborative production and emergency lateral transshipment to improve supply chain resilient. Specific work is as follows:(1) Based on reading extensive literature, systematically analyzed research status of the supply network emergency management, distribution network emergency management, and resilient of supply chain, In particular focuses on the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing research.(2) For the supply network, which on the upstream of the supply chain, this paper considering the failure of manufacturer, recovery costs, reliability of supply network, as well as customer waiting time cost and other factors, and build a resilient supply network double level programming model based on collaborative production. And then design the corresponding cross iterative search solving algorithm, and finally use Northeast Chemical Sales Company as an example to simulate and analyze the validity of the model. (3) For the distribution network, which on the downstream of the supply chain, this paper considering the failure of distribution centers, recovery costs, reliability of emergency lateral transshipment distribution network and customer waiting time cost and other factors, build a resilient distribution network double level programming model based on emergency lateral transshipment. And then design the corresponding solving algorithm, and make the corresponding numerical example and simulation analysis to verify the effectiveness of emergency lateral transshipment policy.The resilient strategy studied by this paper is a complement to pre-existing literature. And it can provide valuable theoretical basis for decision-making to managers.
