Performance management is the core work for human resource management.All the departments in a company can be divided into the business-oriented departments and the management-oriented departments.Because of the obvious difference of function and duty in the two type departments,it is unscientific and unreasonable for the most enterprises to use a unified performance evaluation tool to access their employees.In the other words,it is needed to build a integrative performance management system which separately adopt different performance assessment tool to evaluate the two type of departments.In this paper,G company in H province is taken for an example.Firstly,the author analyzed its current situation and problems of performance management,and then discussed an integration evaluation method of Key Performance Affair and Key Performance Indicator to optimize the company's performance management system.It is found that G company should imply the classified performance assessment as its organization structure.In order to promote the new performance evaluation project,it is needed for the company to reengineer its performance management process,and to adjust its organization structure,the authority allocation and renew the compensation as well as incentive system of the company.
