With the reforming and opening of china, As one of China’s pillar industries of the country’s oil industry,it has been taken into the tide of economic globalization. Facing the fierce competition in domestic and international markets, companies want to win in the competition and the elimination of adjustment and reforming,which is imperative that economic development is not conducive institutional obstacles, a comprehensive reform of the existing enterprise operational mechanism, from the customer’s point of view, re-examining the company’s internal business processes, thus achieving business process reengineering is the qompany currently an important task. LZ is a branch of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation, due to institutional backwardness, rigid mechanisms and other reasons, there has been a loss in recent years, lost the ability to compete with their peers. Therefore, LZ companies clearly understand that only conduct ongoing business process reengineering, to make the company faster, better and more long-term development.Based on the actual situation of LZ’s, through the existing business processes LZ status quo analysis of the company’s development department, from project development and construction of which two main business processes to analyze the process of business development, and to identify their problems and generate reasons. Then this paper, the basic management of scientific knowledge as a guide, the use of empirical research methods, reading a lot of literature on the basis of the analysis presented by the company’s development department LZ business process reengineering programs, and gives the project development business after reconstruction flowchart and construction business, making each department’s responsibilities clear after recycling, avoiding unnecessary investment, reducing the execution of the contract dispute.
