Real Estate Enterprise Projects Department Performance Management Research

This article through to the study of the new management mode and its basic theoretical knowledge, and the analysis of the many real estate companies on the current problems of the project department, especially the discussion of the problems of the organization and management of the project department, after carefully summary and analysis, combined with the actual situation of project, designed a new set of performance management system based on the new performance management process. The total life cycle of the performance management process include the performance plan, the implementation and management of the construction site, performance evaluation and feedback, finally the use of performance results, and the communication throughout of it, and make a simple explanation with project manager position as an example of it. Through the design and analysis to this new management system, and constantly improve and perfect our country on real estate projects in the department performance management research, it could have a good reference to the numerous difficulties in managing the project department.
