Research On The Innovation Of Financial Input Mode In The Reform Of The Classification Of Public Institution

The results of the reform of financial investment will directly determine whether the reform of public institutions to achieve the overall goal,which is formation of public service system with Chinese characteristics of the priority of basic services,the moderate level of supply,the rational layout structure,the fair public service.According to the direction and requirements of the reform of public institutions and the reform of China's financial system,the purpose of the research on the innovation of financial input mode in the reform of the classification of public institutions based on the research of Public service function of the government and its organization and management system is to:determine the supply scope and method of the public finance;reform and innovate the mode of the input of financial institutions;and constantly enhance the vigor and vitality of the institutions;actively promote the government to purchase services from the community,finally realize the benefits of the financial investment to maximize and promote the development of public welfare in China.This paper adopts literature research,questionnaire survey and special research.It mainly studies the innovation of financial input methods from the perspective of the reform of public institutions.Under the central and local financial system without changing the existing tax system and intergovernmental financial division,This paper wants to promote innovation of the financial input method in the reform of the classification of public institutions.This paper analyzes the financial investment of our country's public institutions,and discusses the domestic and foreign experience of the financial input methods of the public service institutions.We put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of innovative financial input methods in the reform of public institution classification.If we promote the innovation of financial input mode reform with the classification reform of public institutions at the same time and achieve "reform synchronization,synchronization of top-level design,simultaneous implementation" in order to fully release the dividends of reform,we can improve the efficiency of fiscal funds and effectively protect the institution classification reform target.
