Research On The Evolution Of Innovation Ecosystem In High-tech Enterprises

High-tech enterprise is an important part of promoting the development of national economy,the development level of high-tech enterprises can reflect the comprehensive strength of a country and region.As for high-tech enterprises,because of its high scientific and technological content of products,its advanced,complex and combining product technology,it is difficult to have all the technical reserves for a single enterprise alone to be in the face of perplexing the external environment of innovation,which will make the high-tech enterprises need to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between their own body and external enterprises,building innovation ecosystem,comprehensive utilization of technology and R&D capability of the whole system,to enhance the innovation ability,adapting to the market development.Based on the analysis of the system of innovation ecosystem of hi-tech enterprises,according to the ecological system theory and technology innovation theory,analogizing the innovation ecosystem to the natural ecosystem,the main innovation body to the producers,consumers and disintegrators,the innovation environment to the natural environment,the innovation chain to the food chain.The innovation process of high-tech enterprises is divided into three sub processes: production,consumption and decomposition,also the producer innovation subsystem,the consumer innovation subsystem and the decomposer innovation subsystem are set up accordingly,by the interaction between the three sub,to constitute a whole organic of high-tech innovation ecosystem.After that,the dynamic model of the high-tech enterprise innovation ecosystem is built,and the model is simulated and analyzed.The results show that: the scale of the development of innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises is refers to the number of increasing trend,the early scale growth is relatively slow,with the development of the system,the system scale growth rate of continuous improvement;quality of service is the first platform change and then decreased,but the decline in revenue by the system caused by the quality of service platform because of the rapid development of the system will reduce the cover;increase the proportion of platform construction and standard formulation investment will bring the system revenue increase,especially in a period of rapid development,but the enhance marginal effect is diminishing.
