| High-tech is the driving force for the development of the national economy as well as the direct embodiment of the current national and regional competitiveness.On the one hand,the development of high-tech industry can promote the formation of innovative industry;on the other hand,it can guarantee the promotion and application of innovative products and promote the transformation of high-tech achievements.Knowledge-intensive and high added value determine that the high-tech industry has become a symbol of national or regional economic competitiveness and scientific and technological strength.In recent years,it has become the focus of attention both at home and abroad.The existing researches on the innovation ecosystem of high-tech industry mainly focus on the theoretical and conceptual aspects,with few empirical studies.Although only a few empirical studies focus on the evaluation and measurement of innovative ecosystems,there is a lack of research on the measurement of innovation ecosystem in high-tech industry.Deepening the research on the innovation trend of innovative ecosystems in high-tech industry is conducive to the correct assessment of the current status of high-tech industry.It is of great significance to the development of high-tech industry,and the improvement of independent innovation capability of high-tech industry.Based on the theory of niche situation and the current problems in the development of high-tech industry in Hebei province,the dissertation studies how to solve the problems of high-tech industry in Hebei facing the small scale of industrial development,the lack of high-tech talent,the industrial development environment to be improved,Innovative ability is not strong and other issues,proposed high-tech industry in Hebei Province innovation ecosystem research.In this dissertation,Hebei Province high-tech industry innovation ecosystem as an object,both from the state and potential two sides evaluation the innovation status of high-tech industry in Hebei innovation ecosystem,using principal component-cluster comprehensive evaluation method for empirical analysis.Analysis found that the innovation ecosystems in 11 prefectures and cities of Hebei Province are generally divided into three gradients:Shijiazhuang is in the first gradient,Baoding,Tangshan,Langfang and Qinhuangdao are in the second gradient.Handan,Xingtai,Cangzhou,Hengshui,Zhangjiakou are in the third gradients.From the first gradient to the third gradient the innovative trend of innovation ecosystem in high-tech industries has been gradually reduced.Compared with the data from the past three years,the number of the cities in the first second gradient have increased year by year,the number of cities in the third gradient have decreased year by year.Based on the actual situation of high-tech industry in HebeiProvince,this dissertation studies the measurement of innovation ecosystem in high-tech industry innovation and has an important theory meaning and real meaning on the rational development of high-tech industry innovation ecosystem in Hebei province and its healthy development. |
