Study On The Mechanism Of The Evolution Of High-tech Enterprise Innovation Networks Based On CAS

High-tech enterprise is dominant force in 21st century economy. The drastic competitiom of High-tech enterprise made the innovative activity of enterprises come into the interactional innovation networks, and resulted in the High-tech enterprise innovation network. because the activity of innovation often behaves the features of CAS,such as complexity, uncertainty,emergance and so on,It is meaningful theorically and realisticly to reseach the innovation applying the theory of Complex Adaptive System (CAS).The dissertation has systemiclly studied and empirically analyzed the High-tech enterprise innovation networks by applying the ideas and methods of CAS theory.High-tech enterprise innovation network is a Complex Adaptive System and has the traits, mechanism and connotation of CAS. Based on analyaed the source of the innovation network,the paper has researched the structure,function and characteristic of the High-tech enterprise innovation network,and its complexity and adaptability is analyzed;The High-tech enterprise innovation network model is constructcd. And then, the dissertation analyzes the mechanism of evolution of the High-tech enterprise innovation network by applying the theories and methods of CAS. The overall evolution of innovation networks based on adaptive behavior of innovation subject, stimulus-response model of innovation subject promote the formation of networks, and the continuous learning and evolution of innovation actuate growth of innovation networks. At the same time, the addition of the number in networks as well as the interaction of networks between the innovation subjects promotes the mature of the network. Based on the results of theoretically analyses,this paper has analyzed An Empirical Study on the evolution of Innovation Networks in China's Genie Engineering Pharmacy Industry. Based on the results of empirically analyses on on the evolution of Innovation Networks in China's Genie Engineering Pharmacy Industry and innovation network of Shang-Hai Sunway Biotech CO., LTD, test and verify the evolution mechanism of the High-tech enterprise innovation network.The study of innovation networks based on CAS has not yet been thoroughly in China,this study is only carried out some preliminary exploration, and there is a broad prospect along the complex adaptive system theory in the field of application of innovation to do further research.
