Research On The Healthy Of High-tech Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem

As the most active innovation subject,high-tech enterprises play a key role in cultivating new economic energy.At present,a variety of innovative activities emerge in endlessly,and bring a rare historical opportunity for the development of the enterprise,but also make it face a severe challenge.At present,the construction of innovative ecological system has become one of the most important strategic choices for the development of high-tech enterprises.The sustainable development of the ecosystem has become an important factor that plagued the system construction.Based on this,from the perspective of health,this paper analyzes the health status of high-tech enterprises innovation ecosystem,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.Firstly,this paper reviews the literature from the two aspects of the theory of ecosystem health and innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises,summarizes the innovation of high-tech enterprise ecosystem theory development,determine the research direction.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the development of high-tech enterprises in Hsinchu Taiwan Park,Ali group,Bangalore and Silicon Valley,summarizes its successful experience,and believes that building an innovative ecosystem is the only way for the healthy development of high-tech enterprises.Thirdly,on the basis of theoretical inheritance and logical deduction,this paper puts forward the healthy connotation and characteristics of innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprise,and confirms that knowledge resource is the core of system health.This paper expounds the formation mechanism of health from the theoretical level,and makes a theoretical analysis of the innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprise from three aspects of system elements,operation mechanism and function.Fourthly,under the connotation and characteristics of the high-tech innovation ecosystem health and produce mechanism based on the core,the paper further determines the evaluation index,constructs the evaluation index system of high-tech innovation ecosystem health,and selected the most representative of the innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises as Beijing Zhongguancun as an example,has carried on the empirical analysis the 2011 to 2015,analysis its health status,discusses the factors restricting the healthy development of the he innovation ecosystem of high-tech enterprises,and refining he general conclusion for health of high-tech enterprise innovation ecosystem.Finally,aiming at the innovation ecosystem of China's high-tech enterprises,based on the above theoretical research and empirical analysis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy development of high-tech innovation ecosystem.This paper takes health as the breakthrough point,studying the sustainable development of the innovative ecological system of high-tech enterprises.This paper defines the connotation of high-tech innovation ecosystem health,expounding the mechanism of health.And from the innovation practice in Zhongguancun,summarizing the general conclusion of the health of high-tech innovation ecosystem,enriching the connotation of ecosystem health and sustainable development theory.
