With the implementation of ?innovation driven? strategy,constructing the regional innovation system which are characteristic and advantage is the core of nation and local economic development in the new period.Throughout all parts of the country's high-tech enterprise cluster,which are mostly under technology low-end,lack of innovation ability,facing the development dilemma of the locking hole.Therefore,how to resolve the restriction on high technology enterprise cluster innovation generation and evolution of restricting factors,build up the cluster innovation ecosystem with continuous innovation ability,playing utility collaborative innovation,to enhance the international competitiveness of our country‘s high-tech enterprise cluster is of great practical significance.From the Angle of ecology,this thesis constructs the cluster innovation ecosystem to study on ecological evolution of the high-tech enterprise cluster innovation integration ability.First of all,in order to research the current situation of cluster innovation integration ability in-depth,the thesis analyzes the running efficiency of cluster innovation ecosystem with Date Envelope Analysis,and comprehensive evaluate the innovation integration capability of high-tech enterprise cluster with the factor analysis method,exampling as the 56 national high-tech zone,the author found that the vast majority of high-tech enterprise cluster efficiency is not high,lacking of innovation impetus,innovation integration ability is not strong.Secondly,from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects,the thesis analyzes the mechanism of cluster innovation integration ability to upgrade,namely using the factor analysis and multiple regression method to study structure characteristics of the cluster innovation ecosystem effects on innovation performance,the thesis found that the cluster innovation ecosystem structure impact on innovation performance are positive correlation,and on the research of Wuhan east lake high-tech enterprise cluster,in combination with the statistical data and survey data,the thesis parses ecological factors which restrict the development of high technology enterprise cluster innovation integration ability,and comprehensive build innovation integration capacity upgrade process mechanism model.Once again,aiming at the innovation integration ability of ecological factors,this thesis discusses the dynamic mechanism and evolutionary ideas of cluster innovation integration ability evolution,and analyses the inner knowledge chain of cluster innovation integration ability evolution path and the outer chain evolution path,building ecological upgrade path model of the cluster innovation system.Finally,to promote the better development of the cluster,the thesis put forward ecological evolution to upgrade policies suggestions about the high-tech enterprise cluster.
