| At present,the world economy is developing slowly,and promoting regional economic cooperation and exchanges has become a new trend of international economic development.Based on this background,China proposed "The Belt and Road" initiative in 2013,conform to the requirements of the development of the times.For the economically backward provinces along the initiative,Qinghai,with the help of quantitative evaluation to understand their ability to participate in the construction of the initiative and to develop the level of export-oriented economy,find out the differences in their own internal development and the external gap,and have a very good direction for their future development of the export-oriented economy and the direction of development.The important practical significance.Taking the export-oriented economy of Qinghai Province as the research object,this paper discusses the level and quality of the export-oriented economy in Qinghai Province,analyzes the internal difference and external gap between the outward oriented economic development of Qinghai Province,and studies the course of the development and change of Qinghai's export-oriented economy in the past2001-2016 years,and summarizes the factors that restrict its development.The main contents of the study include the following four parts:The first part mainly introduces the background of the research.The main contents include the background and significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research review,the data sources and methods,the research content and technical route,as well as the introduction and analysis of the related concepts,which are the basis of the theory.The second part mainly evaluates and analyzes the development level and development quality of Qinghai's export-oriented economy.First,the evaluation system and the selection evaluation method are established,and then the two levels of the development level and the quality of development are evaluated and analyzed based on the comprehensive evaluation method of entropy method and the improved TOPSIS method based on Martensitic distance.The results show that: first,the development level of Qinghai's export-oriented economy has been promoted rapidly,and the overall development of the "N" type has been developed.The good development of the economic base has always played a solid foundation for the overall level of improvement,and the decline of the utilization level of foreign capital has a negative effect on the improvement of the overall level;two,The overall quality of development fluctuated in a relatively small way.This is mainly due to the fact that some indicators,especially the use of foreign capital,have not shown a good development trend in the past years,which have a negative impact on the overall quality of development.The evaluation and analysis of the level of external oriented economy and the quality of development shows that the vicious development of foreign capital utilization is the key factor to restrict the further development of the export-oriented economy in Qinghai.The third part is the comparative analysis of the development level and quality of export-oriented economy in eleven provinces and cities in the western part of China.Based on the data comparability,the availability of the index system and research time and space scale is modified,and the longitudinal and horizontal alignment is finally carried out to find the internal differences in the development of Qinghai's export-oriented economy.The conclusions are as follows: first,the level of Qinghai's outward oriented economy and the quality of development in Western China are relatively backward.It shows that the development of export-oriented economy in Qinghai is relatively slow.Two,the level of internal Xining,Haidong and Haixi three outward oriented economy is basically similar to the quality of development.At the level of development,the gap between Xining and Haidong and Hercynian is widening,and the internal imbalance is enhanced.Through empirical test,it is found that Xining has a certain "leading effect" to Haidong's economic development advantage resources.The fourth part is the conclusion and discussion,summarizes the conclusions of this study,and summarizes the shortcomings of this study and the future need for further research. |
