In recent years,facing the strategic "ecological civilization" measures,the State proposes to establish a territorial pattern with balanced resource and environment,which aims at forming an intensive and efficient production space,a livable living space and a beautiful ecological space.Consequently,the scientific territorial zoning is the basis of ecological space control.From the angle of "production,living and ecological" spaces,this paper takes Qinghai province as study case and carries out a study on the technical and methodological system of comprehensive functional territorial zoning based on patches,which can provide the basis for making a territorial plan and formulating space development and control strategy.The main contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)Based on an introduction to the theory of "production,living and ecological"spaces,this paper establishes a classification system of "production,living and ecological" spaces suitable for Qinghai Province,which is used to reveal the general pattern and difference in regional features.And then the Information Entropy Model and principal component analysis method are employed to analyze the spatial structure change and its driving factors.Qinghai's ecological space plays an absolute dominant role,and the change of its space structure is restricted by natural factors such as topography and also influenced by human factors such as population,economic development,urbanization,policy and culture.(2)This paper evaluates the ecological service values within land use types and analyzes their regional difference.The ecological service value of Qinghai in 2015 is up to 9132.4×108 yuan,which is 3.8 times of its total GDP in the same year,characterized by a much higher ecological service value than its production value.The pasture has the highest ecological service value,and the highest ecological value is distributed in Yushu,Haixizhou and Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.(3)Based on the suitability for construction and development and for cultivation,the entire area suitable as built-up land and cropland are classified into grades.And then the Development Pressure State Index,which is obtained by matching the development layout and scale of built-up land and cropland,is employed to estimate the bearing capacity of land resources for territorial development and construction within counties.(4)This paper establishes an evaluation system for estimating the functions of"production,living and ecological" spaces based on construction and development suitability,cropland development suitability and ecological service value,and then evaluates the suitability for characterizing the functions of "production,living and ecological" spaces based on patches.Through GIS and Three-Dimensional Magic Model,the dominant function within patches and the comprehensive functional zones are determined.Finally,this paper proposes management and control regulations for each functional zone from use control,development intensity,ecological protection,function adjustment.From the points of "production,living and ecological" functions,the bearing capacity of land resources,land ecological service value and suitability for"production,living and ecological" functions,this paper studies the comprehensive functional territorial zones as well as management and control regulations,which provides a basis for promoting ecological protection and orderly spatial development of Qinghai province.
