Study Of Impact Assessment On Local Economy By The Developing Of The Export-oriented Economy In Late-developing Regions

Imbalance of regional economic development, has become an important factor restricting China’s current economic and social development. Related economists believe that late-developing regions should learn the accumulated experiences and lessons from the former developed regions, through introducting and utilizating those advanced developing concepts and techniques of the former developed regions, to reduce their development costs and all kinds of detours, thus contributing to this regional economic development.Although regional economic theory and developing economic theory have studied the imbalance of regional economic development from various angles, but on the terms of late-developing regions, there is no real build economic development related factors of late-developing regions, and how these factors impact on the late-developing regions. Therefore, the analysis of the economic development related factors of the late-developing regions will have a positive meaning to promote coordinating regional economic development.Research on the export-oriented economy, the main contents from different angles of export-oriented economy, such as foreign direct investment and foreign trade, have been analyzed by related economists, and then on the basis of probing the influence of different factors on a country (or region) of economic growth,one or a few indicators which impact the economic growth has been selected to relevant empirical analysis, role in promoting economic growth, export-oriented economy has been sufficiently demonstrated. At present, many domestic and foreign scholars study late-developing regions economy more on the qualitative analysis of how to utilize the late-developing advantages to develop the late-developing regions and coordinate regional development between the late-developing regions and the former developed regions, but for the economic development impact factors of late-developing regions, especially the influence of its export-oriented economy development has not been relevant quantitative research. Although the late-developing regions economic development is relatively backward, the development scale of export-oriented economies in general is not high, but its impact on the local economy is important, and can not be ignored.Based on the theme that how the export-oriented economic development of the late-developing regions impact the local economy, and research achievements of the region economic theory and the developing economic theory, this article combines the methods of literature review, normative analysis and empirical to analyze. First, give the assessment analysis of how the export-oriented economic development of the late-developing regions impact the local economy after the concepts such as the late-developing regions, the export-oriented economy and other related concepts were presented. Then, take Anhui Province as an example, introduce how the economic development of Anhui was infulenced by export-oriented economy, and build impact assessment model for empirical analysis. Finally, analyze the conclusions and infulences of the impact assessment model, and combined with the main content of the export-oriented economy, namely foreign investment, foreign trade, foreign contracted projects and labor cooperation and international tourism, put forward relevant policy recommendations for the better development of export-oriented economy and thus to improve the overall level of economic in Anhui Province.
